Marathon Fueling
Picture this - you train for months for a goal marathon. You nail every run and workout. But then race day comes and you bonk at mile 20. Sound familiar? It was for me (Coach Andie) until this year when I finally finished out a marathon feeling strong. I did train and pace a bit smarter this year but the big change really came from my fueling strategy. Training is only half of the equation when it comes to the marathon.
